Best Hair Shampoo

I accidentelly bought shampoo and conditioner today that’s for damaged hair. I didn’t know it was written on the back of the bottle and I just noticed it. Is it bad if I use it if I have normal, healthy hair?

I have damaged hair and l want to make it healthy so l want to know what you guys think about the best shampoo and conditioner to use for my hair.

Tell me about one you have used or are using and what the result was!

Just asking because i heard that shampoo chemicals can damage hair, if used every day.

And a friend of mine told me she showers her hair everyday but she barely uses shampoo (just once a week) And she uses conditioner every day while showering.

Hair is responding to conditioner by Patene. Used Neutrogena clarifying shampoo to get residue off of hair….Original hair is coarse, soft, wavy, and curly hair. However after using a flat iron product called moisture block and turning up the iron all the way hair is severely damaged I think. After several washes and conditioning these past 2 days the hair still has signs of reverting back. I will definitely have to cut at least 1-3 inches off. However there is a different feel to the hair, but its still soft. I twisted it all over and put in some curl moisturizer. The twists themselves are little more relaxed than usual but still bouncy and curly….yet easier to comb thru with my fingers even after it has air dried.

Don’t want to shave my head. Tell me what should my plan for the next 6 months to save the hair and future regrowth. How long should I wait to put braids in it? Should I deep condition it more than once a week? Please help with detail steps and names of products to buy.

I need some shampoo ,conditioner or other products if you know
that help with my really dry ,week and damaged hair
my hair break so easily and fall alot when i wash it

I can only wash with shampoo daily, and conditioner every so often because of how oily my hair gets. Usually shampooing will keep it oil free at the roots for a day or sometimes two, but my hair is very long, and the ends are somewhat damaged and get very frizzy. I don’t want to condition more because then my hair will be oily all the time. What is the best shampoo to help with oily hair, and also frizz and damaged hair. Help please!!

I’ve used pantene and it does not work at all for me.my hairstylist was telling me that it made my hair really waxy,so,no pantene…any cheap shampoo that will do the job for you???

What shampoo/conditioner should i buy? My hair is totally effed up..?
It’s dry, damaged, split ends, dehydrated, frizzy, you name it?! Im 13 and my hair is getting worse and worse. My hair is a few inches past my shoulder and straight on top and the rest is curly/wavy (more wavy than curly).
